1. Welcome to Errandify

Welcome to Errandify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform (the "Platform"), including our web dashboard, runner mobile app, and related services. By creating an account or using Errandify, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" means the Errandify website, dashboard, runner app, APIs, and related services. • "Requester" means any business or individual using Errandify to post delivery or logistics tasks. • "Runner" means any approved individual performing errands or deliveries through Errandify. • "Task" means a delivery, pickup, or logistics request created on the Platform. • "We," "Us," or "Errandify" refers to Errandify Ltd, the company operating the Platform.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Errandify. • Runners must complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification. • By using Errandify, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate.

4. Accounts

• Requesters and Runners must create an account to access services. • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. • Errandify is not liable for unauthorized account access caused by your negligence.

5. Requester Responsibilities

• Provide accurate task details (pickup, drop-off, item description, etc.). • Ensure items are legal, safe, and properly packaged. • Pay all fees associated with each task.

6. Runner Responsibilities

• Maintain valid ID and any required licenses/permits. • Deliver tasks promptly, professionally, and without tampering. • Follow traffic laws and safety standards. • Use the app to update task status at each stage.

7. Payments & Fees

• Fees are calculated based on distance. • Payments are charged once a Runner accepts the task. • Funds are held securely and released to the Runner upon confirmed delivery. • Errandify may charge a service fee, displayed before confirmation.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Requesters may cancel before a Runner accepts without penalty. • If a task is canceled after acceptance, cancellation fees may apply. • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5-7 business days.

9. Intellectual Property

• The Platform, brand, and software are owned by Errandify Ltd. • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without permission. • All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Errandify, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from: • Your use of the Platform, • Your violation of these Terms, • Any dispute between Requesters and Runners.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Errandify is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by Runners or third parties. • Errandify's total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the total fees you paid for the disputed task. • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

12. Insurance & Risk

• Errandify does not provide insurance for items. Requesters are responsible for insuring goods if needed. • Runners are independent contractors, not employees of Errandify.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Users should first attempt to resolve disputes through Errandify Support. • If unresolved, disputes will be handled by arbitration or mediation under Nigerian law.

14. Termination

• Errandify may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. • Users may close their accounts at any time via the Platform.

15. Changes to Terms

• Errandify may update these Terms from time to time. • Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Platform means you accept the changes.

16. Force Majeure

Errandify is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, internet outages).

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
